Fast and Easy Ways to Lose Weight-How to Lose Weight in 2 Weeks


Your getting married or you have your 20 year high school reunion coming up and you want to lose that 5 or 10 extra pounds before the big day. Can you lose it if you only have 2 weeks? Absolutely, yes. There are ways to lose weight fast and effectively is 11 days. The key is fast and effectively. You don't want to lose weight only to gain it all back and more. I know it may be okay to lose it for the big occasion but honestly wouldn't you rather lose it for the rest of your life? Of course you would.

So how do you lose weight fast and effectively, while also doing it safely? First of all, I would not do anything that could be harmful. Some companies will sell you magic pills to lose weight fast. Not only are they expensive, but they are potentially harmful. You want to lose weight by adjusting your diet. Notice I didn't say go on a diet. I said adjust your diet. The food you are eating right now IS your diet. It's what you consume. So what you need to do is adjust the types of food, amounts of food, the combinations of food, and the frequencies you consume that food.

Start by eating 5-6 small meals each day with a calorie total that is less than the calories you consume currently eating 3 meals. This will prevent you from getting hungry between meals and overeating during your meals. Next, make sure the foods you eat are healthy and full of nutrients. Think garden fresh instead of processed. Carrot sticks vs potato chips. Finally, you need to increase your daily activity level. Walk to work instead of riding. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Work in your new garden instead of watching TV. Do you see where we're going with this? Now, get up and get going.
